Personal data is collected and compiled via the online forms and from your subsequent activity on our website. Your personal data is taken from the official contact forms and order forms. The data collected is used to follow up the enquiry, provide the requested information, create a contact file in our management system, and in order to manage our website (presentation and organisation).
Once you become a client, information is collected by the trainers and the administration staff at our centre, who therefore also have knowledge of all the elements of the data collected.

Comments, Inscription forms and Order forms
When you leave a comment on our website or use the inscription or order form, the data written on the form, your IP address and type of web browser is collected to help us detect unwanted comments or spam.

When you become a client, we naturally gather a lot of data concerning your activity, but always the strict minimum, just enough to guarantee you the necessary and most efficient follow up for your programme.
All our staff are trained, conscious and committed to respecting your private life and we guarantee you confidentiality of lesson content and objectives discussed during your courses and your tests. Only basic data related to attendance, absences, linguistic content as well as the level and progression can be given to the person, the authority, the organisation or employer that finances the tuition.
In addition and only with your explicit consent, will we use your data to send you information on our products and services (newsletter) as well as activities at the centre at regular intervals but no more than 4 times a year.
Duration of Data storage
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This facilitates recognition and automatic approval for additional comments instead of leaving them in the moderation queue.
For users who register on our site, we also keep personal information mentioned in their profile. All users may see, modify or delete their personal information at any moment (with the exception of their username). Website managers may also see and modify this information.

If, in spite of all the security measures put in place, a leak or suspicion of a leak occurs, Moraine SA undertakes inform the people involved in writing without delay.
